NAVITEL®, a leading provider of navigation solutions, has announced the release of the latest Q3 2025 map update for a wide range of compatible devices and platforms. The new maps bring substantial enhancements to road networks, address databases, and points of interest (POIs) across Europe. The biggest upgrade affected Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria.

NAVITEL Q3 2025 EN

The Q3 2025 update features detailed cartographic improvements, digitization of newly constructed roads and bypasses, as well as expanded border crossing coverage and enhanced navigation data. New release's maps include 18 653 693 km of updated road graph, 13 430 758 points of interest, as well as 1 837 338 cities and settlements with 111 929 004 unique addresses to search for.

Below is a detailed breakdown of the regional updates:

AUSTRIA

  • A newly charted route through the town of Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser has been added, offering improved navigation in the Tyrol region.
  • Approximately 80 new POIs, including hotels, restaurants, ATMs, and more, have been introduced to enhance user experience.

Added up, the Q3 2025 Austria maps include 219 251 km of road graph, 26 450 cities and settlements with searchable address database of 3 007 414 records, as well as 55 103 points of interest scattered around the country.

CZECH REPUBLIC

  • Integration of a new segment of primary route I/16, bypassing the city of Nová Paka, aimed at reducing congestion and improving long-distance travel.
  • Addition of a new section of route I/34, forming a bypass around the city of Lišov.
  • Over 130 newly added POIs, including fuel stations, tourist attractions, service centers, and other essential waypoints

The national map now consists of 176 264 km of road graph, 15 424 cities and settlements with searchable address database of 4 150 928 records, as well as 125 900 POIs around the country.

ESTONIA

Some updates based on user feedback and other sources. Added up, the Q3 2025 map of Estonia includes 84 514 km of road graph, 4 713 cities and settlements with searchable address database of 242 914 records, as well as 44 078 points of interest.

HUNGARY

  • Expansion of international connectivity with four newly added border crossings into Slovakia
  • Road 3416 near Hollóháza
  • Border points near the towns of Nagyrozvágy and Abaújvár
  • Road 1201 access near the Slovak town of Šahy

New Navitel Navigator map of Hungary includes 107 913 km of road graph, 3 824 settlements with a vast address database of 2 962 562 records, as well as 38 650 POIs scattered around the country.

LATVIA

  • Some updates based on user feedback and other sources of information.

Road infrastructure, address database around the country, based on user feedback and other sources. National map now consists of 100 308 km of road graph, address database with 211 944 records, 8 811 cities and towns, as well as of 20 002 POIs.

LITHUANIA

  • Some updates based on user feedback and other sources of information.

Lithuanian maps for Navitel Navigator include 85 185 km of road graph, 17 468 cities and settlements with searchable address database of 310 543 records, and 30 020 POIs around the country.

POLAND

  • Updated address data as of June 2025, ensuring higher accuracy for geolocation and route planning.
  • The newly opened section of the S7 expressway between Chwaszczyno and Żukowo has been fully digitized and integrated into the routing system.
  • The new bypass on national road DK78, connecting Poręba and Zawiercie, has been added, offering improved traffic flow around urban areas.
  • Significant updates to the road infrastructure in multiple cities, including new streets, traffic circles, bypasses, and other roadway enhancements.

Added up, the Q3 2025 Poland maps include 771 889 km of road graph, 114 433 cities and settlements with searchable address database of 16 937 958 records, as well as 250 002 points of interest scattered around the country.

SLOVAKIA

  • Introduction of a new section of the R3 expressway around the city of Tvrdošín, improving regional traffic distribution and travel efficiency.
  • Added four new border crossings into Hungary
  • Road 3416 near Skároš
  • Crossings near Veľký Horeš, Kechnec, and Šahy

Over 160 new POIs incorporated into the database, enriching the map with up-to-date services and travel destinations. Slovakian maps for Navitel Navigator include 54 819 km of road graph, 3 830 cities and settlements with searchable address database of 1 601 834 records, and 24 070 POIs around the country.


We recommend all users to install the latest version to benefit from enhanced routing accuracy, faster recalculations, and improved road data coverage.
